The Brightness and Saturation plugin allows you to make your windows dimmer as well as fade their colours to grayscale.

TableOfContents

Using Brightness and Saturation

Brightness and saturation is operated by pressing key bindings when the window whose brightness or saturation you wish to change is focused, or mouse bindings when your cursor is hovering over the target window.

Configuration

Four sets of key and mouse bindings may be assigned for increasing or decreasing brightness, and increasing or decreasing saturation.

Decreasing brightness will gradually fade the target window to black. Decreasing saturation will gradually fade the target window to greyscale. Increasing brightness or saturation will reverse these changes, but windows can't be made to be brighter or more saturated than they originally were.
